• PC-WR 50% is an advanced polycarboxylate polymer based superplasticizer which can be used in the production of high-performance concrete. Comparing to other traditional superplasticizers, TRISHA PC-WR 50% has excellent retention performance. Moreover, TRISHA PC-WR 50% has good compatibility with other PCE polymers, it might bemuch easier to produce fresh concrete with good retention just by adding TRISHA PC-WR 50%with other Standard type materials.

• For manufacturing concrete of general strength:Weight % of Binder : 0.3  1.0%

Cautions : 

• Side effects of overdosing 

1. Decide a target dosage depending on the concrete mix design.
2. Overdosing can cause the segregation of concretematerials and thus the strength of concrete may become severely lower than the target value.

• Storage Temperature : 

1. Trisha PC-WR 50% must be stored at Temperatures above 0°to avoid freezing. 
2. Trisha PC-WR 50% must be stored at temperature below 40°to avoid changes in quality as well.

• Handling : 

1. No special requirement during use. However protection gloves and glasses are recommended. 
2. Trisha PC-WR 50% is non-flammable , non-toxic or irritant and thus is not subject to special transport requirement.

• Shelf Life :

1. Trisha PC-WR 50% has a minimum shelf life of 1 year . Depending on storage conditions, the shelf life may be longer than stated. 
2. Trisha PC-WR 50% should be stored out of direct sunlight and protected from extremes of temperature.

• Don’t mix with other chemicals.
• Don’t use it for other uses excepts manufacturing concrete as chemical admixtures.
• Wash with enough flowing water if it is contacted on skin or clothes.

Trisha SNF 2143 is an aqueous Sulphonated Naphthalene based synthetic polymer, which in concrete displays powerful dispersion effect on both cement and pozzolanas. It forms a lubricating layer between the particles and thus lowers the internal friction between the concrete components to yield better consistency, easy flow ability, greater work ability, faster and higher ultimate strength. 

Effects
The exact percentage of Trisha SNF 2143 in each cement composition will depend on the ultimate application requirement and may have to be arrived at by actual trial. However, incorporation of Trisha SNF 2143 in concrete compositions will result in: 

• Strong concrete plasticizing without any tendency to segregation. 
• Improvement of pump ability 
• Faster early and ultimate strength 
• Reduced time for pouring 
• Less vibration 
• Close - textured fair - faced surfaces 
• Good workability 

Dosage:

• Recommended dosage of 1 - 3 % on weight of cement depending on the application/ requirement. It may result in reduction of water content in the composition up to 30 %

 Compatibility With Other

• Trisha SNF 2143 can be used together with other concrete admixtures such as retarders, accelerators and air entrainers. It is compatible with most of the known brands, but we recommend to carry out compatibility test under local conditions before using. The different admixtures should not be premixed but added separately to concrete.
